REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

Develop an application for admission into any organization.

Make a home page consisting of the access to the application form ,and title

the access as “ENTER PERSONAL DETAILS” and highlight this title by blinking

so that whoever opens the site can easily trace it .

Display the photo and name of the organization on the home page.

Now make the admission application which consists of 4 sections

1) Enter personal details

2) Educational details

3) Work experience details

4) Academics and extracurricular details

Fill the feilds of the forms according to the form.

Once all the 4 forms are filled successfully return to the home page on final

submission

Fill the applications with the required information according to the type of

form

Set a email notification so that once the user enters the data there should be

a mail sent to his/her Email id mentioned in the from showing all the details

entered in the application form.
